huh? the water temp off the coast in southern california averages around 67 degrees, while that may not be caribian, I'd hardly call it cold. Through out the summer, we routinely hit 70+. Today, april 7th, the water in laguna is 59, while that's a bit chilly, it's nothing any normal person can't get used to in a matter of minutes.
